Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Associate to care for the grounds of multifamily properties in the United States. You will maintain exterior spaces, landscaping, gutters, and common areas, performing regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks to keep properties orderly and inviting.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years of grounds keeping experience in a multi-family setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of grounds keeping experience in a multi-family environment.
• 2+ years landscaping experience; HVAC/EPA certifications may be required depending on staffing.
• Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Maintain cleanliness outside each building and surrounding grounds.
• Keep a uniform landscaped look by picking up debris.
• Clean gutters and perform general maintenance tasks.
• Plant and tend flowers, trees and shrubs; mow lawns; apply fertilizer.
• Follow established safety and tool maintenance procedures.
• Clean common areas daily; assist with light work orders.
• May perform pool maintenance duties and snow/ice removal as needed.
• Follow all OSHA requirements and maintain regular attendance.
