Job summary

Bell Partners in Orlando, FL, is hiring a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant to keep community grounds and outdoor spaces well-presented. You will work under the supervision of the Community/Maintenance Manager to maintain landscaping, clean common areas, and assist with basic maintenance tasks daily.

We seek candidates with at least 2 years in grounds keeping, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-family environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of grounds keeping experience.
• Experience in multi-family environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property and keep outdoor areas clean.
• Trim shrubs, mow lawns, plant花 beds, and tend to trees and shrubs.
• Keep gutters clean and ensure landscaping looks consistent across buildings.
• Assist with pool area maintenance and snow/ice removal when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
