Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or related field preferred
• Excellent customer service skills for residents and vendors
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to attend trainings and obtain certifications as needed
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies

Responsibilities

• Address a diverse range of residential service requests promptly and professionally
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by performing repairs and upkeep
• Escalate unresolved issues to Property Manager for resolution
• Assist with preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns of equipment and appliances
• Participate in on-call emergency repairs in rotation to serve residents
