Job summary

Holiday by Atria is seeking dedicated team members to join our community cleaning and maintenance staff. You’ll provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, public areas and amenities, maintain grounds, and perform light maintenance tasks to keep the community safe, neat, and attractive for residents and guests.

Porters must complete all required training, operate tools safely, read safety instructions, and adapt to various schedules.

Qualifications

• Must complete all required training programs.
• Able to read safety instructions and follow procedures.
• Basic numeric literacy and ability to work with units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and common areas.
• Perform floor care for carpet, tile, and wood floors.
• Maintain grounds (sidewalks, walkways, exterior areas).
• Mow lawn, trim shrubs, and care for flowers where required by community.
