Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Huntington is seeking a dependable team member to provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and common areas. You will perform floor care across carpet, tile, and wood surfaces, and assist with grounds maintenance to keep the community attractive and safe.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, notifying supervisors of repairs, and following safety procedures while using basic tools.

Qualifications

• Must complete all training programs specified by Atria.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic using U.S. currency units.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Able to safely use basic maintenance and landscape tools.
• Able to read and comply with safety instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and common areas in the community.
• Perform floor care for carpet, tile, and wood floors including vacuuming and buffing.
• Remove trash and debris from community areas.
• Maintain grounds, sidewalks, walkways, and exterior areas.
• Perform basic maintenance requests and notify management of repairs.
• Operate tools safely and report unsafe conditions promptly.
