Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and common areas.
• Perform floor care for carpet, tile, and wood.
• Maintain grounds and exterior areas.
• Mow lawns and trim shrubs as needed.
• Report safety issues and repairs to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
