Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Walnut Woods is seeking dedicated Porters to maintain clean, safe, and attractive living spaces across the community. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, apartments, public areas, and grounds maintenance, with floor care and trash removal as standard tasks.

You'll work with caustic materials training, operate basic tools, and support residents and staff with courteous service. Full-time roles include benefits and a starting wage between $14.40 and $17.28 per hour,

Qualifications

• Must complete all Atria training programs.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic in USD units.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, common areas, and amenities.
• Perform floor care for carpet, tile, and wood floors.
• Remove trash and maintain grounds and exteriors.
• Perform basic maintenance requests and notify management of repairs.
