Job summary

Holiday by Atria - Simi Hills is seeking dedicated staff to provide cleaning across our community, keeping offices, apartments and common areas attractively maintained. You’ll perform floor care, manage trash, and support groundskeeping to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and colleagues.

Training is provided per Atria standards; successful completion is required. The role involves varied shifts, use of basic maintenance tools, and daily adherence to safety practices to protect

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Able to read safety instructions and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and common areas.
• Perform floor care for carpet, tile, and wood floors including vacuuming and buffing.
• Remove trash and debris from community areas.
• Maintain grounds and outdoor spaces to keep them neat and safe.
