Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Austin, TX is seeking a Porter to maintain and clean the community spaces, assist with grounds upkeep, and support basic maintenance tasks. You will work across offices, apartments, and public areas to keep the environment safe, neat, and attractive.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and common areas.
• Perform floor care for carpet, tile, and wood floors.
• Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas.
• Maintain grounds and exterior spaces in a neat condition.
• Perform basic maintenance requests as needed.
• Mow lawns, trim shrubbery, and maintain landscaping as required.
• Notify management regarding repairs and safety concerns.
• Comply with safety policies and use tools correctly.
