Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Porter to join our on-site management team. The role focuses on exterior upkeep, light maintenance, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents. You will perform routine tasks, assist with make-readies, and support maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior image and overall upkeep of property.
• Inspect property each morning and pickup litter.
• Keep mail rooms clean and remove dated notices.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and breezeways.
• Replace window screens on first floor.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and checks.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant apartments.
• Install, move and hook up appliances.
• Replace air filters in occupied apartments.
• Clean pool area and straighten chairs.
• Perform light painting as directed.
• Clean vacant apartments between residents.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as requested.
