Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Porter to join our on-site management team in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on maintaining the exterior image and supporting the community with a variety of duties.

Responsibilities include replacing lightbulbs, assisting with apartment make-readies, cleaning common areas and pools, and sometimes handling after-hours requests. A high school diploma and 1 year of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies may be required.
• This role MAY require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior image and on-site appearance as part of the management team.
• Inspect property each morning and keep grounds clean; trash pickup.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-readies including trashing vacancy, caulking, and checking appliances.
• Clean air vents, replace filters, and assist with maintenance tasks as requested.
• Clean pool area and assist with general upkeep of common areas.
• Perform light painting and help with miscellaneous maintenance duties as needed.
