Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Foreman for a Special Project in Hubbard, TX. This hourly, full‑time role leads a maintenance team to keep plant equipment reliable and safe.

You will supervise daily activities, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and implement preventative maintenance programs for crushers, belts, pumps, and motors. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two to three years of specialized training through a technical school, apprenticeship, or manufacturer’s training program preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in production, maintenance, mechanical repair, installation, construction, or location supervision within the ready mix, mining, aggregates, asphalt, industrial, or related industry.
• Requires 5+ years supervisory or leadership experience; basic computer skills; working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, move, and install plant machinery and equipment per specs and procedures.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs for plant equipment such as crushers, belts, pumps, motors, bearings, and other production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and replace worn components.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to maintenance staff to promote productivity and teamwork.
• Work with Plant Managers to prioritize needs and improve equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
