Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Foreman (Special Project) to lead the maintenance team on critical projects and ensure safe, reliable plant operation. The role focuses on supervising daily activities, troubleshooting complex systems, and driving preventive maintenance programs.

Located in Hubbard Proj. TX with an hourly pay type, this position offers a clear growth path and opportunities to shape North America infrastructure projects. Living expenses allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to three years of specialized training through a technical school, apprenticeship, or manufacturer’s training program preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in production, maintenance, mechanical repair, installation, construction, or location supervision within related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring safety and on-schedule completion.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, move, and install plant machinery and equipment per specifications.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs for plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Provide training and leadership to maintenance staff and support supervisors.
• Prioritize maintenance needs with plant managers to improve reliability and operation.
• Ensure safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory compliance.
