Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum five years in production, maintenance, or supervision in related industries.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance team activities while upholding safety.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, move and install plant machinery per specs.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.
• Prioritize maintenance needs with Plant Manager for reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
