Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Foreman for a special Hubbard project in Texas. The role leads a maintenance team, ensures safe operation of plant equipment, and coordinates preventative maintenance to boost reliability and productivity.

Minimum five years in maintenance or related supervision is required, with strong leadership and communication skills. Position is full-time hourly with a living expenses allowance provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in production/maintenance or related supervision.
• Supervisory experience preferred; capable of coaching others.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Inspect, repair, and install plant equipment per specs and plans.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.
• Prioritize maintenance needs with Plant Managers to improve reliability.
• Ensure safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory compliance.
