Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Foreman for a Special Project in Hubbard, TX. The role leads the on-site maintenance team, ensuring safe and reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities, and supporting the Plant Manager with reliability improvements.

The position requires a high school diploma, five years in related work, and supervisory experience. It offers hourly pay and strong benefits as part of a full-time role in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is preferred.
• Minimum five years in production, maintenance, or related supervision in a similar industry.
• Basic computer skills required for maintenance workflows and reporting.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and coordinate team duties.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and install plant equipment per specs.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs for crushers, belts, pumps, motors, and drives.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Provide coaching and training to maintenance staff to improve productivity.
• Prioritize maintenance needs with Plant Manager to support operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
