Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Foreman for a Special Project (Living Expenses Allowance Provided) based in Hubbard, TX. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure the safe, efficient operation of plant equipment, and support the Plant Manager in reliability improvements.

You’ll develop preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and coach staff to improve productivity while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–3 years of specialized training preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in production, maintenance, mechanical repair, installation, construction, or location supervision within relevant industry.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial or plant equipment.
• Ability to safely operate and use shop equipment and tools, including welding and machining equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily maintenance team activities, ensuring safety and on-schedule work.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, move, and install plant machinery and equipment per specs.
• Develop, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance programs for plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Provide technical guidance, training, coaching, and support to maintenance staff.
• Work with Plant Managers to prioritize maintenance needs and improve reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
