Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Foreman for a special project in Hubbard Proj., TX. The role leads the maintenance team, oversees safety, and ensures reliable operation of plant equipment on site.

You will supervise technicians, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and coordinate preventive maintenance across crushers, belts, pumps, and motors. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in production, maintenance, or related supervisory role.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily maintenance team activities ensuring safety and on-schedule work.
• Inspect, repair, and install plant machinery per specs and procedures.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs for crushers, belts, pumps, motors, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and replace faulty components.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to maintenance staff to boost productivity.
• Work with Plant Managers to prioritize needs and improve equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
