Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the maintenance team in our client’s industrial facility. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and install plant machinery and equipment, and develop preventive maintenance programs to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus the ability to train and coach staff to high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in production, maintenance, mechanical repair, installation, construction, or location supervision.
• Two to three years of specialized training through a technical school, apprenticeship, or manufacturer's training program preferred.
• Basic computer skills; working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, move, and install plant machinery and equipment.
• Develop, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance programs for plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Provide technical guidance, training, coaching, and support to maintenance employees.
