Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to direct daily production activities in a senior supervisory capacity. The role requires coordinating machine maintenance and electro/mechanical resources, while supporting continuous improvement and equipment operation across the site.

The candidate should have 2 years in manufacturing or a distribution center, prior supervision experience, and an associate degree in supervisory management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required.
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required.
• Previous experience in supervision, Required.
• Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes, Required.
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources
• Support continuous improvement recommendations
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of equipment
• Oversee all activities associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions
