Job summary

Quality Talent Group in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to direct day-to-day activities in our production facility. You will assign tasks, coordinate resources, and support maintenance and operations to keep equipment running smoothly.

The role requires supervision experience, 2+ years in a manufacturing or distribution setting, and knowledge of warehouse equipment and processes. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required.
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required.
• Previous experience in supervision, Required.
• Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes, Required.
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources.
• Support continuous improvement recommendations.
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of equipment.
• Oversee all activities associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions.
