Quality Talent Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an industrial setting. The role focuses on coordinating mechanical maintenance activities and supervising plant equipment, with emphasis on reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5-7 years of experience) and 3–5 years in industrial maintenance or cement sectors, plus strong communication, leadership, and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance or cement industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership ability; mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities.
• Systematic inspections of all assigned plant equipment.
• Analysis of data collected and initiate appropriate maintenance work orders.
• Improve plant mechanical and infrastructure equipment; provide technical support for plant activities and maintenance functions.
