Job summary

Pair Eyewear, Inc. is seeking a Troubleshooting and Maintenance professional for its Irvine, CA operation. The Maintenance & Facilities Technician will support Rx-Lab production, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards are followed on a daily basis.

The role requires 1–2+ years of technician experience, strong problem-solving ability, and good communication skills. You will report to the Director of Maintenance & Facilities and participate in cross-functional teams to keep

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in Technician/Maintenance Roles.
• Detail oriented and organized with strong multitasking skills.
• Good computer knowledge and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Health and Safety standards and PPE usage.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations during maintenance work.
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
• Assist in implementing SOPs to ensure efficient processes.
• Provide updates to Maintenance Leadership and escalate delays or issues.
• Troubleshoot production equipment errors and communicate status to production teams.
• Coordinate with other departments to align on machine status and workflow.
