Job summary

AREY Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Lofts at Mercer Atlanta team in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee maintenance operations, lead technicians, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and high-quality functionality across the community.

The role requires HVAC/electrical/plumbing proficiency, EPA certification, and strong teamwork. Competitive compensation and a collaborative culture are offered, with a focus on growth and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Up-to-date Universal EPA certification.
• College degree or certifications is a plus.
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maintenance teams and promote teamwork.
• Train maintenance staff in technical, safety and service skills.
• Assist Community Manager in annual maintenance budgets and expenditures.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Ensure lofts are market ready within five business days.
