Job summary

AMLI Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for AMLI Ponce Park in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee all maintenance operations, lead a skilled team, and deliver exceptional resident service through preventive maintenance and high operational standards.

You will coordinate vendor work, supervise repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances), and contribute to budgeting, safety, and on-call support to ensure a top-tier living experience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations and vendor work with Community Manager.
• Lead and support the maintenance team with troubleshooting and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry).
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, inspections, life-safety systems, and common area upkeep.
• Manage service requests, apartment turns, inventory, supplies, and vendor invoices.
• Assist with budgeting, cost controls, and capital improvement projects.
