AREY Group is seeking a Community Manager for Lofts at Mercer Landing I - Student Housing in Macon, GA. You will drive revenue growth, manage operating costs, and foster tenant relationships, while leading marketing initiatives and maintaining budget discipline.

You will oversee rent collection, leasing processes, and vendor coordination, reporting performance to the Regional Manager and ensuring strategic financial goals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in community/property management or similar.
• Ability to manage rent collection and budgeting processes.
• Strong communication and coordination with vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the rent collection process
• Ensure leasing methods are used legally and professionally
• Assist in developing the annual budget for the community
• Analyze financial statements and reconcile budgets to improve performance
• Coordinate with vendors, the Regional Manager, and other parties
• Implement revenue maximization and expense management strategies
• Create purchase orders and process invoices
• Coordinate and monitor progress and payment communications
• Support marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth
• Audit market data and assist in market plan development
