Job summary

Judd Wire Inc. in Turners Falls, MA is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead and develop the maintenance and facilities functions, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of site infrastructure and manufacturing assets.

The incumbent will drive TPM, autonomous maintenance practices, and capital project involvement, managing a team of about 20–25 and coordinating with Manufacturing leadership to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Chemical, Electrical or Materials Science/Engineering.
• Over 5 years and up to 7 years of progressive maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Develop TPM systems and drive adoption across manufacturing operations.
• Manage a maintenance team of ~20–25 employees and supervise supervisors.
• Develop and manage maintenance and facilities budgets and capex planning.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and incident investigations.
