Saint-Gobain seeks a Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to lead the site’s maintenance strategy and personnel in Taunton, MA. You will oversee equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and safety-critical projects to sustain safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

You will drive continuous improvement using WCM, Lean, and best practices, managing cross-functional teams and CAPEX initiatives while coordinating with operations to maximize uptime and minimize

Competenze

• Associate’s degree is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years progressive experience in a manufacturing environment leading engineering and/or maintenance teams.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with maintenance operations, including preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and driving measurable improvements using WCM, Lean, or similar methodologies.
• 3+ years proven experience leading or overseeing reliability or CAPEX projects within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., FDA, ISO, aerospace).

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and oversight of the site’s maintenance team.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians on all shifts, ensuring a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets and corporate objectives.
• Manage spare parts inventory, facility and grounds maintenance, and coordinate contractors and vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement using WCM and KPI data to improve uptime and MTBF.
