The position requires an Associate or Bachelor of Engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing, managing CAPEX projects, and hands-on maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years leading engineering/maintenance in manufacturing.
• 5+ years hands-on maintenance with reliability & continuous improvement (WCM/Lean).
• 3+ years leading CAPEX projects in regulated environments (FDA/ISO/aerospace).

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance functions and personnel to ensure plant facilities and equipment reliability.
• Apply World Class Manufacturing methods to improve downtime and OEE.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and capital project governance.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and spare parts to support site needs.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets and KPIs.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and sustainability in all maintenance activities.
