Job summary

nVent is seeking a Maintenance Leader for our Aberdeen, NC facility to develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage budgets, mentor a maintenance team, and partner with operations to maximize uptime.

You will lead maintenance strategies, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and align maintenance with production goals to minimize downtime across critical equipment and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Facilities Management or related field.
• Experience leading maintenance in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
• Plan and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.
• Lead and mentor a maintenance team.
• Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance budget and procurement of spare parts.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the plant.
• Coordinate with production to align maintenance with operations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
