Job summary

HF Sinclair seeks a Maintenance Excellence Supervisor to lead and develop teams aiding maintenance execution across refinery operations. You report to the Maintenance Manager and drive continuous improvement of the SPFP process to optimize execution, control costs, and support stakeholders and customers.

You will mentor up to 15 staff, manage CMMS SAP enhancements, and promote a culture of collaboration and safety across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial maintenance/craft experience with 5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong ownership of work processes and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams supporting maintenance execution.
• Mentor and provide performance feedback for growth.
