HF Sinclair is seeking a Supervisor, Process Area Specialist to lead area-specific responsibilities within Process Engineering and Refinery Technical Services. The role ensures efficient operations, provides technical guidance, and supports process optimization across refinery units.

The position requires a minimum of three years of refinery engineering experience and a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and direct the work of others; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee area-specific responsibilities within Process Engineering and Refinery Technical Services.
• Communicate priorities and report progress to the Department Manager.
• Provide process engineering support and ROI analysis for capital upgrades.
• Supervise engineers and manage vendor relationships as needed.
• Coordinate refinery energy conservation efforts and safety/compliance initiatives.
