Job summary

Ben & Jerry's is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a high-performing team in a 24/7 food manufacturing facility. You will focus on equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring PMs are completed on schedule to maximize production readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in unionized environments, and collaboration with Production, Quality, and Engineering to drive OTIF improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proven supervisory experience in a unionized environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 food manufacturing environment.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance using CMMS.
• Ensure completion of PMs, F-tags, and AM tasks with quality and timeliness.
• Lead root cause analysis and execute EWOs for breakdowns >4 hours.
