Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor at the Ben & Jerry's VT plant in St. Albans to lead a 24/7 maintenance team, improve asset reliability, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

You will supervise Mechanical & Electrical Technicians, plan PMs, participate in root-cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement projects with Engineering. A Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering and 3–5 years of supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proven supervisory experience in a unionized environment.
• Proficiency in CMMS, Microsoft Office, and maintenance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team on a 24/7 shift.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; manage PMs and tasks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage maintenance projects.
• Ensure OSHA, HACCP, FDA, and other regulatory standards are met.
