Qualifications

• Requires a safety-first mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Extensive electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge is required.
• Hands-on troubleshooting/repair skills across industrial equipment.
• Experience maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Proficient in basic Windows apps (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair day-to-day production equipment and processes.
• Perform on-site service and repair of equipment.
• Identify yield and product performance improvements.
• Provide training to production associates and technicians.
• Develop and update internal documentation and procedures.
