Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with technical associates, 2+ years mechanical experience, and strong English communication. Training will cover process controls, data analysis, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with technical experience as specified.
• Associates degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
• Experience on manufacturing lines and with equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience with First Solar processes is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and qualification of systems on the manufacturing line.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues to maintain throughput and yield.
• Identify and implement system improvements to achieve product performance goals.
• Develop and update internal documentation and SOPs.
• Provide training to production associates and interface with internal teams and suppliers.
