Job summary

You will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of guest rooms and public spaces, performing repairs including carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC, and ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in performing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to inspect and identify areas needing repair or maintenance.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality of the facility including guest rooms.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including light fixtures, faucets, and HVAC.
• Record repairs made and report completed repairs or areas needing attention.
