Qualifications
- Requires a degree in engineering or similar discipline or 10+ years of advanced industry experience.
- Significant understanding of stamping and fabrication equipment and systems.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead maintenance project management efforts.
- Coordinate with other department engineers and management to execute maintenance work from start to finish within timelines.
- Source and obtain quotes for all project needs.
- Lead troubleshooting within maintenance projects with all stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement within maintenance scope and carry projects to completion.
- Assist with maintenance capital expenditures plans to fit in the organization's capex plan.
- Assist with business cases for larger projects that impact the business.
- Analyze and present cost-effective options to optimize equipment uptime and maintenance.
- Mentor subordinates on delegated tasks and ensure accurate completion.
