Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
• Comfort with small engines, forklifts, and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and troubleshoots a range of building mechanical equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance with records, including small engines on forklifts.
• Conducts tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, belts and hose replacements.
• Coordinates with outside vendors for major mechanical/electrical work.
• Follows OSHA lockout/tagout procedures.
• Upholds safety procedures and enforces them.
• Forklift and crane training required.
• Other duties as assigned.
