Job summary

Cambria Hotel – Boston Logan Airport is seeking a hands-on Engineering Supervisor to support the Chief Engineer in leading maintenance and building operations in a fully renovated historic property. This is a working supervisor role—you’ll be actively performing maintenance while helping guide daily operations and setting the standard for the team.

You will handle daily maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems; support preventative maintenance, respond to work orders,

Overview

Join a dynamic opening team in a historic, fully renovated building with a unique concept. Cambria Boston Logan Airport is seeking a hands‑on Engineering Supervisor to support the Chief Engineer in leading all maintenance and building operations.

This is a working supervisor role—you’ll be actively performing maintenance while helping guide daily operations and setting the standard for the team.

Schedule & Shift

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Weekend availability required
• Schedule will rotate based on business needs

Compensation & Benefits
