The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance or engineering experience, strong technical knowledge, and good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building maintenance or engineering roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment efficiently.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
