Job summary
Cambria Hotel – Boston Logan Airport is seeking a hands-on Engineering Supervisor to support the Chief Engineer in leading maintenance and building operations in a fully renovated historic property. This is a working supervisor role—you’ll be actively performing maintenance while helping guide daily operations and setting the standard for the team.

Qualifications
- 2+ years maintenance experience
- HVAC or mechanical systems experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Flexible schedule including weekends
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Support preventative maintenance program
- Respond to work orders in guest rooms and public areas
- Assist with vendors and projects
- Conduct inspections and ensure safety compliance
