Macy's in Las Vegas seeks a Maintenance Engineer II to uphold the building’s HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, routine and emergency repairs, and maintain thorough records while adhering to EPA regulations and safety standards.

This full-time role requires flexibility for schedule shifts, travel between store and building locations, and collaboration with the Chief Engineer and store management to keep facilities operating at peak

Qualifications

• EPA certification and relevant licensing are required or preferred.
• Hands-on experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Strong safety practices and knowledge of regulations and codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems to maximize reliability.
• Perform emergency, corrective, and routine repairs with attention to safety and compliance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance following a scheduled program.
• Keep accurate inspection, maintenance, and repair records for compliance and traceability.
• Stay updated on EPA regulations and refrigerant handling requirements.
• Support operations by following shortage control procedures and attending to emergencies as needed.
