Qualifications

• Technical expertise in maintaining HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations, local fire marshal requirements, and EPA/SCAQD refrigerant regulations.
• EPA Universal Certification and an HVAC license preferred.
• Safety procedures and codes to maintain a secure work environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with management and team members.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Dependability and initiative; reliable in all responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems and related equipment.
• Perform emergency, corrective, and routine repairs on these systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs for compliance.
• Follow safety regulations and EPA/SCQAQD refrigerant handling rules.
• Travel between store and building locations as needed.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability.
