Qualifications

• Maintains HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
• Familiar with EPA and state regulations affecting refrigerants.
• EPA Universal Certification required; license preferred.
• Heavy lifting and physical activity required; able to work a varied schedule.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration with management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs.
• Keep accurate maintenance records for compliance and tracking.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Chief Engineer.
