Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair critical equipment, and ensure guest rooms and public areas remain in peak condition.

Work with engineers and a maintenance team to respond to service requests, maintain logs, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Vocational training or apprenticeship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, chillers, pumps, generators, and air handling units.
• Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and facility infrastructure in good condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.
• Conduct regular inspections of lighting, generators, cooling systems, etc., and resolve issues.
• Assist engineers and mechanics with complex repairs.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and organized work areas.
• Complete daily work logs and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support guest satisfaction.
