Job summary

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and may involve travel between stores and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience.
• EPA certification and license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire/life safety systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive, emergency and routine repairs per the schedule.
• Maintain records of inspections and repairs for compliance.
• Adhere to safety standards and EPA regulations in handling refrigerants.
• Occasional travel between locations and flexible shift coverage.
