Job summary

Accor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Director of Engineering on repairs and preventive maintenance across building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, spa, kitchen and laundry equipment.

You will install, repair, and replace electrical components, and perform routine tasks such as bulb replacement to ensure operational readiness and safety of the hotel facilities.

Qualifications

• Maintenance/technical background required.
• 3–5 years’ experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, maintains, inspects plumbing, electrical, HVAC, spa, kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Installs electrical equipment and repairs or replaces wiring and fixtures.
• Replaces light bulbs throughout the building.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Repairs, maintains and inspects plumbing, physical structure, electrical wiring and fixtures, machinery, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, spa, kitchen and laundry equipment, in accordance with blue prints, manuals, and building codes, using hand and power tools, carpenter, electrician, and plumbing tools
• Installs electrical equipment and repairs or replaces wiring and fixtures
• Replaces light bulbs throughout the building

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience
