Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. Wakefield facility seeks a Maintenance Electrician L1 to perform electrical/instrumentation maintenance and reliability initiatives. You will execute PM, PDM, RCM, and precision CM tasks while collaborating with maintenance and operations teams.

Safety and food quality compliance are mandatory, with weekend/holiday availability as needed. The role requires an energy to learn and participate in equipment installations, troubleshooting, and process improvements, using the CMMS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate degree or two-year technical certificate in electrical/instrumentation.
• 2 years of experience as a maintenance electrician in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Participate with maintenance team to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Perform electrical/instrumentation PM, PDM, RCM and precision CM.
• Assist with electrical/instrumentation equipment installation and troubleshooting.
• Support root cause analyses to improve asset reliability.
• Maintain accurate records and use CMMS for reliability reporting.
