Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• 1 year of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements with the team.
• Perform precision maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment.
• Participate in maintenance training and reliability procedures.
• Support RCA and reliability reporting activities.
• Maintain records and use CMMS to track asset health.
